This water fall of metal, going over the edge reminds me of how many times in life we have gone over the edge. Sometimes trying out new things. Sometimes getting in trouble. Sometimes just to see what is on the other side, over the edge.

Fire does many things. We do not consider that fire can create art. Fire is used to create art but fire actually creating art. Although this is some what dark, consider that the fire created it.

The Ring: Sculpted by the Fire

The amazing sculpting abilities of fire can be observed in the 6 foot diameter ring it made. Often times things sculpted from and by the world and elements around us produce dynamic effects. This was a truss, the steel that held the roof of the building up. Now, as if bent into a giant ring, much as one might with a piece of aluminum foil. Just a trinket for the fire.

Fire, you got to admire it at the same time that you fear it.

Motor Dead

What becomes of old electric motors? Did these just crawl off to die? What kind of life did they lead? Did they make something that we use today?

Have you ever thought how we throw away things, letting them die? Do we do the same with relationships, friendships, and even people we know. Or do we recycle, even if the recycling is in our thoughts, as these pictures are of the motors, only an abstraction?
